BFK’s Fall Bike Celebration 2020 will be held on the third weekend in September, 2020 (Sept. 18-20, 2020). Go to our BIKEREG site to register for the RIDE, which will take place on Sunday Sept. 20, 2020. We are offering lots of options during registration in case we have to completely cancel due to COVID-19.

Sponsorship provides the ability to connect with attendees, brand the event as a bike & family networking event. The event will also feature the ability of the sponsor to host a booth and host the kids decorating station where they can make streamers for the following bike parade. This level of sponsorship provides the opportunity to have your employees participate in the volunteering aspect of the event, exposure at the SAG stops plus branding opportunities associated with the event. Presenting Sponsor for the North and South loops of the Vicksburg Quilt Trail. This level sponsor provides the opportunity to help bicyclists explore the beauty of the countryside and the quilt art on the historic barns and beautiful settings. Exposure on the quilt route stop maps plus branding opportunities associated with the event. Family Trail Ride & Kids ‘n’ Cruisers Bike Parade

This is a great sponsorship opportunity especially if your market is families who love fun, healthy activities. This heartwarming event will draw kids celebrating their love of bikes, parades, festive occasions and everything in between. There is an opportunity for company volunteers to be involved, connect with families and build new markets. The event — featuring decorations and activities to be creative — offers you to create a perfect Pinterest posting moment. Awards & Recognition Social Hour and Dinner
$1000 Presenting Sponsor
Sponsorship of the Awards & Recognition Social Hour / Dinner is a perfect opportunity to show your support for bicycling as a community-building element, education, safety, the growing popularity of cycling in all its forms. The Presenting Sponsor provides exclusivity in the market and allows the ability to have 4 VIP tickets to the dinner, including reserved seating. The Dinner also provides an opportunity for welcome area exposure and a display area/booth at the event.
$500 Program Sponsorships
This unique sponsorship option for Awards & Recognition Dinner Program endorsement provides for a more focused exposure and connection to the event. Each of the Program Sponsorship titles allows for exclusivity in the market, segmented event highlights, and the ability to introduce the Awards & Recognition Dinner program. Program sponsors ($500) receive 2 VIP tickets. All Program Sponsors are featured with table tent exposure. Corporate tables are also available for purchase and exposure. Additional exposure and branding opportunities available with social media, promotional materials throughout the weekend, and social media exposure.
Bike Art Prize
$1,000, $500 & $250 Sponsorships
This sponsorship includes the ability to provide in-kind services or cash sponsorship. In-kind services can be negotiated as needs vary with the event submission. The cash sponsorship(s) features connection with the artist submissions, presentation of the artistic winners at the Awards Ceremony on September 22, and the ability of the sponsor to host a booth at the event. The money raised through this sponsorship will help to facilitate and encourage the display of “bike art” banners throughout Southwest Michigan.
